VNV was a perfect fit for us when I required wheelchair transport to appointments after my accident. We live in Ham Lake & the appointments were all to offices around Mercy Hospital. Vitaly was always courteous & on time, the cost was reasonable & the ride also included my wife. I would highly recommend VNV.

They tried showing up an hour early, I told them my mother wasn’t ready, driver told me he was close and wouldn’t be able to come back. So my mom cancelled her appt, the lady kept talking to the driver and he said could she be ready in 15 minutes. I said no she is elderly and takes her a long time. Driver got nasty with me and told me not to call anymore because my mother wouldn’t get transports from them anymore. So yes we were a customer of yours…

This review is actually for zero stars. Whoever was driving the VNV transportation van, around 10:40-11 am this morning (5/29/24), license plate: FTG-672 SHAME ON YOU! you turned down a ONE WAY road and entered through the WRONG WAY into the north memorial fridley clinic, almost hitting my car as I was trying to get out! Best part is, after I honked and kept yelling “NO!” Out the window, he didn’t even try to reverse back he just squeezed through and almost hit my car! Fast response, excellent service and follow-through, and safety-minded drivers. VNV gets the job done. I recommend this service over all other MN transportation companies that I have tried before.

I askeed to set up a pick up and drop off and person goes ok from where to where and i gave her that info then it went silent I said hello few times and then she comes back and says I'm really busy and hangs up on me.
