BEWARE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS. THEY ADVERTISE AS AN ESTATE SALE AND CLEAN OUT SERVICE. HOWEVER, PER THEIR CONTRACT, THEY DON'T WANT YOU PRESENT DURING THEIR SET UP AND STAGING PROCESS. IN MY CASE, WHAT I QUICKLY FOUND IS THAT THEY REMOVED A NUMBER OF MY MOST VALUABLE POSSESSIONS DURING THE STAGING PROCESS, INCLUDING ITEMS THAT I SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE SALE. My mother-in-law used their services and said this. “BEWARE!!!!! VNUK a company out of Franksville, Wis. cleaned out our garage and charged a substantial amount of money. They also tried to walk away with items that were not in the contract/ garage. He walked on my deck and took a Red Wing crock from us that was a gift from my father's home along with an air compressor that was stated in the contract NOT to take ( he did return these items) . I don't write a lot of reviews. I thought it was important to write this one. I used Vnuk for an estate sale. Paul was very excited, and talked up how many things he was going to sell. My Grandmother's house had 3 generations of relatively nice things including a lot of antiques. I would not recommend using this service. There was zero accounting of anything, not even the big ticket items. After the sale, I was given a lump sum of what he made. Mr Vnuk is rude and his recent sale was way overpriced specifically a $125 price tag on what is at best a $20 guitar.
