This company is a complete joke! I called multiple times to complain to then be given the run around. 1. I had to repeat important information for my nurse multiple times ( she would write them down) and repeat back something completely different 2. When I asked her questions, her favorite line was “talk to your doctor”, I told her multiple times who my current PCP was and she continued to call and follow up with an old doctor.
