Vmg and team are incredibly reliable. They have hauled over a hundred plus shipments for us at zuum ( feel free to email us for a reference : google zuum transportation) . They are always there always online. They have Ben in biz over 10 years and have a perfect carrier411 report. That says it all. I have no clue what these other reviews are talking about. I did a roadside service in January it June 28 and haven't got paid for it
I booked a load with Rebecca early this morning for a pickup out of Kingman, AZ. She had to complete a setup with my company, so I sent her the link and she started. An hour later I checked and she had stopped halfway through. She 'got distracted' and said she'd start again! Great! I see another hour later that she stopped the setup process, but when I call she is in a MEETING! Must be an important meeting! Another dispatcher took my call and said the truck had been booked since yesterday! 0/10 would not recommend!
