Small older facility. Staff seem friendly and caring. Has a small chapel room, lifestyle and bedrooms seem a fair size.
I am here on respite and am enjoying my stay. I have found management and staff to be very caring . They demonstrate sound common sense and humility. They listen and do their best to accommodate the needs and wishes of each resident. There are so many fun activities that I have had to make time for rest. I have spoken to quite a few of the residents. All speak highly of Willowbrooke. The food is also very tasty. I have particularly valued having easy access to the outdoor area.
