Management is really good
Great place my Nanny loves it
Our family had our mother in another aged care facility which was dreadful. We moved mum to Villa Maria and never looked back! Being a not for profit made all the difference! They really care and love people. It’s much more than a business! The support and love that was shown to our whole family as my mum was passing was overwhelming to say the least. The management were very unprofessional in their dealing with the family of the resident and left them inbthe lurch at short notice. Telephone calls were not returned in a timely manner covid or no covid they just ised it as an excuse as there was no reason they could not put on more staff to handle things better.
