As anyone would know it is a massive life change to have to put your family member into a home. In this case it was my mum. But the care that the staff have shown me from the day I arrived right up to today is next to none. I feel so grateful for the care and love some nurses and PCA worker show my mum. Living nearly 2hrs away makes it hard to be a regular visitor. But it is so reassuring to know my mum is being looked after. The one nurse I couldn't thank enough is the beautiful Christina 💕
Great treatment from the staff members to the residents, the residents where very kind and nice. As a student from a private school that does community service I most likely would come back and visit the elderly
I’m a Xavier student who chose to do a placement here for a few days, never looked back once. The staff and residents are absolutely lovely, and the facility itself is set up really well and constantly emphasises putting the residents first. All the word games, exercises, music therapy and more were so fun to participate in, and all the residents looked happy and well looked after!
VMCH St Catherine Aged Care is truly a place filled with warmth and compassion. The staff are kind, supportive, and genuinely care for every resident. You can feel the love the moment you walk in. I’m so grateful for the beautiful care they provide every day.
