My mum stayed here for 2.5 years until recently. The religious staff were amazing and I thank them for the conversations we had. Food quality appears sufficient. From my experience, there is no active physio or rehab to ensure the residents stay active and mobile for as long as possible - received the occasional call from a physio but otherwise no daily/weekly rehab provided. Visited my relative yesterday Saturday 02 March 2024 while they were playing Bingo. I witnessed a 'carer' wearing glasses, dressed in a black nurses uniform with NO NAME tag treat a resident so bad, that if she had talked to my relative like that I would have immediately taken her out of there. She has no compassion and was extremely rude. I wonder if she had any training to work there. This place has changed so much.
