Steve had called me about doing financial business with them. I could use a lower interest line of credit, so thought I would find out more. Worked directly with Steve Sanders. Based on my revenue, was pre-approved a loan for $250k, which I needed to float payroll. I have multiple lenders contacting me daily. Unfortunately, chose this one. When closing time came, Steve was only able to close on $50k with a promise of $200k in 2 weeks. I have no need for a $50k loan but he assured me that it was merely a technicality with the private lender.
