I called to inquire about two new tires for my Norco and was surprised that they could be installed that day. Within 20 minutes of arrival I had two new tires on my bike. I ride every day so the quick turnaround means a lot. Thanks so much!
Brought my bike in by appointment and clearly explained the issue. At first, they said it would be $40 and thought it was a derailleur adjustment based on what I described. But when I came to pick it up, the issue was still there. I tried to explain it directly to the mechanic, and the owner then tried to charge me $75 just for talking to him, claiming it was for the mechanic’s time. Customer Service is top notch! I came in for a chain for my wifes bike. I forgot to bring the chain and the staff were super helpful in helping me figure out which chain I needed. I will return for all my bike needs! Update: Another great experience at VeloExpress! The owner was able to help me find headset bearing so that I could fix my bike. I love having such a good bike shop so close to home!
Tristan was great! Helped me find a helmet for my toddler. He was also great when i had to return something. Top customer service! Lucky to have such a good bike shop here in Embrun.
