Had a freewheel in stock for my bike after I did a number on it. Replaced the axle that was worn out. 5 star service for getting me back on the trails. Awesome customer service. Support Local business!! The team there helped me out right away.

Hi, I wanted to write something about the service and expert advice my wife and I have received from this bike shop. Last fall we were in the market for 2 new ebikes, we had been shopping to replace our current ebikes with new ones from a reputable brand and a trustful bike shop. We found this bike shop “ Vélo Express” owned and managed by Tristan. We found the perfect ebikes for us from the Canadian Brand “Velec”.
