Our new "go to" place for e-bike service. After having some issues with both of our e-bikes that were not properly dealt with at another repair shop, we brought them to VéloXpress and could not be happier with the work they did. Thank you for the great service at very reasonable prices. We will be back.
Very disappointing experience. Wanting to stay local, I came in to shop for a bike for my kid, prepared to drop a lot of money for a nice bike. The owner acknowledged me and I even asked him to finish helping the family ahead of me first. However, two other couples who came in after me were served before I was, by both the owner and his employee who had just arrived. After being repeatedly overlooked, I left. I won't be returning or doing business here. Will be going to Orleans for better service.
The owner is extremely helpful, friendly, and patient. We originally purchased one bike but loved it so much we got a second one. Will definitely be back here again for tune ups!
I wanted to thank Tristen and the team. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I traded in an older bike and got an e bike from them second hand. The service did not stop at the cash register. I went in this morning as I was having issues with the gears and Tristen took the bike, pumped air into the tires and addressed the issue (tension in the gears) and since I had purchased the bike from them there was a 90 day warranty on labour.
