I’m a bit shocked about all the reviews about great customer service..maybe when they’re getting money from you the vibe changes..on their window and on the google images it says they buy and sell bikes. I went today and the guy was so cold and rude barely looked up to acknowledge me. I said hi and asked if he bought used bikes..told me flatly no I don’t understand the answer considering all the signage saying they bought bikes…I was going to upgrade my son’s bike, but now forget it. He is a bit cold person but his service is amazing, he is one of the best specialists that I met. He is doing a great job so detailed even for creepy bikes. Worths more what he does. If he is repaired your bike or bought a bike from him. Don’t look back. You will literally get perfect bikes.
