I had a disappointing experience at this shop. The staff member I spoke with was unexpectedly curt, and I’m still not sure why. I found a bike I was ready to purchase, but was turned away because he couldn’t find the key to unlock the rack outside. It was a frustrating interaction and left me questioning how seriously they take potential customers. Good selection and location though.
Bought a bike for 300, one week later the chain breaks on my third ride. Buy from some other businesses please. 300 for this trash, it’s not guaranteed that they checked all the bikes to make sure they were up to “standard”, even my first bike I kinda felt the chain and gears not really working properly but I decided I’ll just fix it later. Incredible customer service. The bike salesman was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience of purchasing a bike very easy. Highly recommend to everyone!!
Needed my rear derailer adjusted after getting a new rear rim. Both Ben and Jack were not only very knowledgeable on how to fix my bikes issues, but they were just cool people to chat with as they worked. I never felt amazing vibes in a bike shop like I did there. Good people, and a very good shop. Highly recommend.
