While touring through the Eastern townships in Quebec, we ran in to a problem. We lost a screw that held our pannier rack to the bike. We used a zip tie as a temporary fix. We then sought out the nearest bike shop to get this fixed as soon as possible. We found Velo IbikeCowansville. They had us fixed up and back on the road in about 5 minutes!....and refused to accept any money for the repair. You can't get better service than that! Thank You Velo IbikeCowansville.

I bought a box of reboost on line from this store. They sent me product that was over 1 year past the best before date. I have sent multiple emails to multiple email addresses and no response. all I want is my money back. No one has answered and it has been 3 weeks. I will try calling direct today to see if someone can help
