5-star service from Velo Cartel! I ordered Shimano shoes and pedals and got a great deal. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived exactly as described and very well packaged. Highly recommend!
Store has great products service is good but only good in their terms of course nothing else could be considered outside of that. (Instead of helping to resolve, conversation from customer service shuts you down right away and follows straight by the book policy) Item did not fit, they do not have enough inventory for sizes and exchange anyways. Vraiment un bel endroit pour s’entraîner toute l’année. J’adore l’ambiance lors des sorties en été (inclusives) et à l’intérieur (bonne musique). Shout out à Steph qui est toujours là pour bien me conseiller dans mes achats et me convaincre de sortir de ma zone de confort. P.S les smoothies sont délicieux. Je recommande vraiment.
Un spot vraiment malade pour les cyclistes ! J’ai créés des amitiés et j’ai tellement appris sur mon vélo et sur moi-même. Chaque entraînement pousse à bout. La boutique est magnifique et le centre d’entraînement, c’est ultra motivant. J’adore ! 🚴🏻♀️🩷
