Did not answer questions. Not good at responding to emails. Charged way more than quoted for basic taxes. Offered a refund then back out of it. I would recommend turbo tax before this guy.
Vince was awful! He was not helpful. He didn't listen to or respect us. He was condescending in all his manners. We will never rely on this man or his "company"
