Very unreliable! I would never recommend Roberto to anyone because of his horribme customer service. Save yourself time, money and headaches by finding someone more reliable and professional.
Roberto was at first nice. He asked for a deposit which was almost 50% of the agreed amount for the blinds. It has been more than a month and my blinds haven't been installed yet. His phone is always off and goes straight to voicemail. When he returned my calls and made an appointment, he did not show up. This happened at least 4 times. Very unreliable. If I could put no star at all, I would.
