Great service
They are not very kid friendly. The man there told me my kids were too loud and that he would only help me when they were quieter. It’s not always what you say, but how you say it. The delivery came across very rude. Of course, I refused to go to him & went to someone else in the practice. The person preparing my taxes had to step out four different times to ask for help and my tax return was still not done correctly.
He is unprofessional after waiting two months after doing my income and when I went t tell him he did something wrong he got very aggressive and asked for my paperwork and tore them right in front of me and started yelling at me saying he wasn’t in the mood and told me to never come back when he was the one who had made the mistake on my income
Have been doing my tax returns with him for years, he's always been very professional, overall highly satisfied with his services.
