Over a month multiple forms filled on their site, multiple emails, multiple voicemails since they never seem to answer the phone. No replies and still missing part of my order, they have no concept of customer service or communication skills in any way. I would not recommend them unless you enjoy giving money to people with no expectation of receiving anything The response is an attempt to save face, seeing as no refund has been received and there is no restriction in my state for the ammo in question
