Order gun that was discontinued... Said 7 in-stock. Read reviews, got nervous. Two days later the order was cancelled due to lack of stock? How do you lose 7? You never had them to begin with because your a drop shipper. And then you sent me a request to review my experience...
Vizards Customer Service was great when order placed on 9/22 10 AM. Bossier City Fullfillment of LA got shipment to Fedex 9/24 10 PM 2-1/2 days later. Fedex indicated delivery 9/26 but delayed until 9/27 and missed my need date of 9/26 for NH competition. Thought I was buying instock from NH not LA.
scammers and cheats, bought an item that they never sent, had to do a chargeback that's ongoing
If I could give less stars to this place, I would. WORST customer service experience you will ever have IF you can even get ahold of someone. Buyer, beware and purchase from a reputable dealer. This company is a bunch of heartless, lazy people. Much better options elsewhere.
Items as promised and fast shipping too. What a great place to shop for stuff you need.
