Got a 90 minute deep tissue massage by Chris P. As an athlete who trains ~20 hours a week I keep a lot of tension all throughout my body and have gotten deep tissue massages before by various massage places and see my trainer weekly for scraping, cupping, normatecs, needling, etc to help with recovery, but this was beyond the best massage I’ve ever gotten - he applied deep pressure, found all the knots (and more I wasn’t even aware of) and alleviated a lot of the pain/tension. Great place, amazing service and attention. Very well located. I did the deep tissue massage and aromatherapy and was really worth it, I had back pain and after the massage it was gone.
