I can’t thank Hayley enough for her help, advice and friendly service! Called to book in for a perm, wasn't asked on the phone about hair color, go in and get told they refuse to do the service. Understand in a sense but I stated I knew the risk of damage and was willing to take it, gave 2 stars as the place was okay and the staff were alright

My first visit for a balayage was quite disappointing. The toner washed out after the first wash. I had paid a considerable amount for the service, including extra for the toner needed for my hair's length. The manager has not addressed these concerns or provided any resolution, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a client. As a result, I had to pay extra to have the issue fixed at another salon.
