Physio did not keep appointment, and there was no notification from the physio or from the office.
I have had several issues with the administration side of this organisation. They make the appointments then therapists don't turn up or phone you. When phoning the office the call goes unanswered. This happened on numerous occasions. When phone is answered all you get is a recorded message. I have tried to address these issues as there is a need for a massive improvement. I have been unable to find Complaints policies and procedures on website.
At the moment I am being attended to for my physical needs by physiotherapist Ram. He is a very professional friendly therapist. I am very pleased with the service.

I have had 2 different. O.Ts from them.terrible. Did ot finish what they started. Then resigned. Have no bed or no chair now. I do not recommend. Nt supportive at all. Last one went against my wishes
