Bought a Vivin tallboy. When I took it out the box the leg was split, nothing was sealed, cracked drawer, chips and knocks everywhere. Harvey Norman said it was Vivin’s responsibility. I sent an email to Vivin and to date have never received a response. I spoke to an operator at Vivin who said there is no complaints department and gave me a phone number for one of their salespersons. She said it was Harvey Norman’s responsibility.
