Very dissatisfied with Vivan Imports service regarding a complaint made about a lounge suite purchased through Harvey Norman. The Rhino lounge chairs have started whitening after a month of sitting on them. Their response "It was caused from sweating and they have closed the case. Not a suitable answer for us as we noticed it in a week of sitting on the lounge chairs.
