I went here last year for a full highlight with Kaesy and had what sounds like a very similar situation as the person Jaeli who posted her review. This week was my first time getting my hair done again a year later at a different salon as I didnt even want anyone to touch my hair again after my experience for a while. Vivid Skin and Laser is one of the best in Arizona! They are clean, helpful and always are quick to accommodate their customers the best they can! I go there for multiple services and they do an excellent job. I have been super happy with Vivid and have been going there for over a year now. I love seeing Sarah and Gabrielle!
Vivid is the best! So clean and fresh! Definitely one of my fav med spas in AZ! Sarah makes you feel so comfortable and the office staff goes above and beyond. Sarah makes you feel so comfortable and is super knowledgeable in what she does. She truly cares about her patients and is very helpful. Love Vivid!
