Not only was this a waste of time and money, I was made terribly stressed out by both Vivian and her husband. They were incredibly difficult to get a hold of, even when my treatment plan depended on their presence of mind. As a result of their absence, I was set back in medication and was recommended to start from the beginning when it came to my prescriptions when I finally made contact. I called to get information and explain what I was looking for. I was not listened to AT ALL. In fact, her husband just kept cutting me off and lecturing me about stuff I already know. He wouldn’t know I knew this stuff, because he wouldn’t listen to me.
