I was referred to Vivian through my real estate agent. From the get go, Vivian was super easy to work with and promptly answered any questions or concerns we had. It's our first time buying a house and I was super stressed, but Vivian walked us through the process and stayed on top of all of the things we needed to do. Very thankful that she and her team made this side of the house buying process super easy. We were also very happy with the rate we got and had no hiccups during the loan process. Vivian is amazing! We were able to get our loaned approved in less than 25 days! Vivian and her team were very responsive and communicative. She was diligent in discussing the various mortgage rates available and gave helpful advice on which one we should choose. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a smooth, speedy, and compressive process.

Vivian helped me and my partner get our loan approved for our very first condo! Since interest rates were relatively high at the time, she gave us different options and optimized as much as possible. Throughout the process, Vivian was very transparent and communicative, and always responded quickly (even though she didn't have to!).
