The social workers at Vivian Healthcare Center truly go above and beyond. From the very beginning, they have been compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of residents and their families. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure all concerns are addressed with care and respect.

Loved the environment of the area that the building was located, nice and clean on the inside and rooms of the buiding, love how they incorporate the holiday in decor.... the staff was wonderful, helpful and kind with my loved one especially the Social Worker Mrs. Richida....if anyone needed advise on where to put their loved one who needs personal care, i would definitely tell them about this facility!!!

I found the "bad" things heard over the years are unfounded. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I don’t know what I would do if Vivian Healthcare and the exceptional staff were not in existence! My mother is an Alzheimer’s patient and unable to communicate or move. Vivian Healthcare is the absolute best! The staff communicates with me regarding my mother’s care. I get updates on the regular. Whenever I visit, and no matter the time, my mother smells good, her room is clean and her curtains are washed. The building may be a little old, but the rooms and grounds are well kept.
