My friend & I visited here on 9/5/25. Service was amazing, seemed very knowledgeable. First thing was the scalp analysis, which we both really enjoyed - there’s 5 diff tests, that shows you a picture & a point/scale measure of where your hair/scalp ranges. Then they take you to the locker room, where you have a cute little silk pullover wrap to change into & slippers. We each received 2 services each, we both did the Anti-Aging scalp treatment. I was thoroughly impressed with today’s head spa experience at Vivian Head Spa. The ambiance is refined and tranquil, providing a true escape from the stresses of daily busy life. I received the 90-minute Anti-aging Therapy, and it exceeded my expectations. The therapist was not only highly skilled but also exceptionally gentle and attentive. Visited this business a week ago. I have barely had good experiences with spa. They promise of something but end up not matching with their words. But this place was so different. I basically went there for his foot massage and after going there, I decided to have both food and head massage. It was the best decision I have ever made! The ladies were so welcoming, and my every second was worth spending every penny. I would definitely recommend this place 10 on 10. Hope to visit them soon again!!

I had an amazing experience at Vivian Head Spa! The atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The scalp massage was heavenly, and I felt completely refreshed and stress-free afterward. Sylvia is truly skilled and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. My hair and scalp feel healthier already. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself to some self-care!

Vivian and Julian did an awesome job for my mom and I’s scalp treatment. We were so relaxed and amazing with the results! They have really nice technology that scans the condition of your hair and how to treat it. They also give really good advice on how to keep your hair healthy!
