My husband had emergency surgery yesterday up at Kona Hospital. Dr Chang and entire staff were great. She was personable and professional and communicated well with me.
HORRIBLE DOCTOR! She’s very rude and not helpful. The wait is crazy ridiculous waiting 3.5 hours. Would not recommend going to Ali’i health center or seeing her personally.
