The 5star reviews are fake. Avoid this place. I went in for 1hr massage performed by an older lady. Massage pressure was barely medium and useless until she got to .my neck, then the pressure was extreme. I'm lying there thinking what is she thinking. Luckily my neck and traps are very strong and weeks later I'm still feeling a minor kink - which could have been much worse. Worst massage ever - the therapist was rude - the management was not professional- they don’t have any customer service experience- waste of money and time. Not recommended
Consistently Disappointing Experience. Avoid!! I’ve been to this massage place 3-4 times and my experiences have been increasingly disappointing. Despite having booked an appointment, I consistently have to wait far beyond my scheduled time. Then during my massage the lady will just leave go do something and come back with no warning- not once but multiple times throughout the massage.
