This facility is not what they advertise! There is no one 24 / 7 No emergency contact info Do not put your loved ones in this facility! Broken elevators seems to be an ongoing issue. Medications not given at proper times. No AC working since June , always waiting on parts... managers always in meetings not addressing issues they have and are aware of...BEWARE!
Congratulations to Vivera for winning this year's Silver Achievement Award. I am a singer & guitarist who was hired to perform on location for the Staff, Residents and their families. Taylor greeted me immediately upon arrival. The inside area is very clean with a nice pleasant scent at the entrance. The CNAs along with other staff members are kind, patient and attentive. I had the pleasure of touring Vivera. Upon walking in it smelled nice and looked beautiful. Nice modern feel with bright lovely colors. Donna the receptionist was nice and inviting. Staff was pleasant. Taylor the Director of Marketing gave a lovely tour. I loved the ice cream parlor. Lovely amenities to check out. Nice size apartments and nicely updated. Residents were engaged and seemed happy. I would recommend.
