Andres has been a great asset to my training and helping me achieving my goals. Supplying me with meal plans, advice and several options. He has definetley helped me step my training up. I recommend him to anyone wanting to lose weight or progress there fitness.
The overall experience and services are excellent. The location is great and the facilities are modern, clean and great equipment. The nutritional services are very professional, personalized, goal driven and realistic. If you follow the plan, the results show. Utilizing the metabolic test and the Dexa scan, helped set the starting point, and to see the body composition changes after several weeks in to the nutritional plan.
A year with Andres and it was the best decision I ever made. My personal, physical and nutritional life has changed thanks to your great help. Andres is amazing coach and nutritionist!
