I did my program with Kathy and Tammy back in September and I want to say Thank You SO MUCH! I lost 12lbs and my waist decreased by 4 inches. Kathy taught me how to eat the right food combinations so that I wouldn’t feel disgusted. Kathy taught me to not feel ashamed by eating.
