I had an hour Reiki session with Joanna and it was such a beautiful and calming experience. The space was peaceful, had soft music and a comforting energy that helped me relax. During the session, I could feel my body melt away all the stress I’ve had and afterwards I felt very lighter and my mind was more clearer. Joanna also gave me some advice on how to ground and protect my energy field. I do believe in reiki healing and it’s an amazing experience to reconnect with yourself and restore your energy.

I had a one-hour remedial massage with Louise Jane primarily for my back and neck. It was a great experience that made me feel relaxed. Louise worked on my back, neck, glutes and hip flexers talking me through the procedure and also ensured that the deep massage was getting to the trigger points and not too painful. A definite return customer!!

Having the Metatron Bioresonance test done with Kim, was a great confirmation of what was happening in my body, Kim was very informative and helpful with suggestions for improvement.
