I had a wonderful experience with my massage therapist Anna—she was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. I found this wellness clinic through social media and decided to give them a try. The services provided here such massage (by an RMT) and acupuncture are highly impressive. You truly get what you pay for! You come out feeling your best self, relieved from all the aches and pains. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and the environment is clean. They even provide Chinese herbal ingredients so you can make yourself a small tea while you're there. I am so happy with their service and will definitely continue to go.

I was a client here for about 10 years. Since the ownership change, customer service has declined significantly. They repeatedly couldn’t find my file, I had to re-explain the same issue multiple times, and it turned into a time sink with no resolution. I was told the receptionist was new, but this went on for months. There was constant shifting of responsibility instead of clear accountability.
