Paid for jumper at a sports carnival and been waiting weeks for it. I have called several times and it goes to a robotic answering machine. Left messages and no one has called back. Very poor service.
This company allows its staff to open trading accounts, then refuses to pay!!! Disgusting way to run a business! If i could give no stars I would!
I have purchased gear from Viva before and it has been excellent quality, but in the last week have been so impressed by the level of service, friendliness and professionalism as showed to us by Chikki that I was prompted to write a 5 star review. I have no hesitation in recommending their attire and their customer service, well done.
Well my club ordered warm up tops from this supplier some 3 months ago , and like other reviews empty promises now no contact ,emails unanswered but deposit money taken. It seems the Newcastle Jets may have partnered with a low moral empty vessel of a company , do not order from this place under risk of same as we got.
Terrible customer service. Ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago and paid express shipping and can't even get in contact with anyone about it. They dodge all emails and calls.
