Purchased a jumper at a SA Schoolsports event for my son. Despite the premium price tag, the quality of the jumper has been terrible with the laser print coming off after just a couple washes. Will not purchase from here again.
Emails and phone calls went unanswered for months. Then, to my surprise, someone finally answered and advised they would call me back. Unfortunately, it's now been over a month, and I'm still waiting. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
Paid for jumper at a sports carnival and been waiting weeks for it. I have called several times and it goes to a robotic answering machine. Left messages and no one has called back. Very poor service.
This company allows its staff to open trading accounts, then refuses to pay!!! Disgusting way to run a business! If i could give no stars I would!
I have purchased gear from Viva before and it has been excellent quality, but in the last week have been so impressed by the level of service, friendliness and professionalism as showed to us by Chikki that I was prompted to write a 5 star review. I have no hesitation in recommending their attire and their customer service, well done.
