This is a really nice place. But the woman that works at the desk with the permanent frown is so rude. I wouldn't want someone like her to greet people.
With over 25 years in ministry, hospice, and marketing experience in East Tennessee, I have been in many of the area's senior living facilities. There are great places and people out there, to be sure. But after meeting and spending time daily with the staff and residents here, I can boldly proclaim, "There's no place like Viva." Here, you're home.
Pulled family member out in May. Would not recommend this place! , I do no agree with main management in the front office . 2 stars because other residents are good.
