Our family had a wonderful experience with the staff and care provided at this assisted living residence. The compassion, patience, and kindness shown to my dad meant so much to us during an important time in his life. My husband went there in July 1 2024, he only lived 2 weeks. They charged me 12,000 dollars for the entire month payable before he got there. The manager said that if he passed away before the month was up, you are refunded the balance as soon as the room was emptied. I did that the next day. This is February and I still haven’t received my refund, which is a lot of money. I understand that Commonwealth was sold to Viva Senior living but surely someone is responsible for this debt.
