I've been to Jana getting pranic treatments a for a while now, not consistently but when I feel ailments in my body or a bit stuck in life. There are so many different treatments that cover a broad range of things, physical, mental and emotional, energetic, dis-ease, ect. I always come out feeling more aligned and at peace. Jana's passion, knowledge and dedication to the practice can really be felt in the sessions and in the space she has created. I definitely recommend. Also I've done her Pilates classes too!
