Very fast and easy process.
Be cautious when doing business with them. This by far the worst financial service company. They sold me a lot in 2017~ and they hid a lot from me. Not only was it overpriced but it was also within a no building zone area due to the 100/50 year flood zone area. VMCF said it was not within a no build zone and offered to help build when they knew nothing could be done. I had to sell because it was worthless. Also, their customer service representative is extremely rude. Avoid them.
