Just purchased the water container from the Blanco Rd store and on the 3rd fill, it’s taking over an hour for the distilled water to trickle down. No one answers the location phone and all the phone numbers for the surrounding stores go into one central voicemail that doesn’t get returned. Same with their customer email, no response.
Disappointed. Price of 5gal jumped from $7 to $10. Somewhat understandable. Recently purchased three 5 gals. No longer accept cash at this location; credit card only and a surcharge of $1.50 assessed. Have been coming here for 15 or so years and was impressed with the service and product. Thought that the down to earth owners would not succumb to unaffordable rates and the additional mandatory surcharge. No Mas!!!
Good Tasting Clean Wayer BUT thee $$ Expensive,,, it's gone up .
