Placed Grandmother here, and it was a very smooth transition. The manager was very professional, and really had a good heart, he goes above and beyond for granny taking her to appointments and making sure her medication is always up to date. Staff is very professional and very patient, we feel very blessed to have a place for our grandmother
Place is nothing like advertised on website. Food is cheap fast food, received next to no help with needs like showering, wound dressing, prescription refills. Lived there about 2-1/2 months then decided it was 2 months too long and went home, Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND, bad karma here.
Recently put my mom in home because it was just too much for us at the moment, and I must say, I was shocked. For all the negative press San Bernardino gets, the home was actually located in a friendly neighborhood. Facility is well maintained and the staff is really friendly, they go above and beyond for my mother, and mom loves the food and her television, very happy with this facility.
