Well I guess I am another Ebay seller that got burnt by this outfit. I looked up the address before I shipped the order and was reluctant to send after reading the reviews but as a seller I needed to uphold my end of the sale. A few weeks go by and I recieve an email that the product was not as advertised. I offer free returns but they didn't say directly but it seems they wanted a refund without returning it which I won't do. BEWARE
