I worked with this company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Dispatch communication was unprofessional and often rude. Drivers were frequently left waiting at shippers/receivers with no proper updates or support. There also seems to be an unnecessary process involving stickers on every load received, which caused delays and confusion. Drivers deserve respect and clear communication. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their operations.
Very bad service they don’t do proper job i was there for drop off the trailer so nobody was there they don’t care about job responsibility
