Unethical and Frustrating Experience Vitran Express held my shipment hostage, demanding I create an account and pay unexpected fees just to get my package—despite the fact that I never even contacted them in the first place. My shipment was originally with another carrier, but somehow, it was handed off to Vitran without my authorization. Instead of helping, they forced me through unnecessary bureaucracy and extra costs. Completely unprofessional and deceptive business practices—would never use them again.
