I don’t usually write reviews, but I really want to thank William Chang. Last year, I was involved in two car accidents in a row, and both cases were extremely difficult. In the first case, the other party only had a $5,000 policy limit and then basically disappeared. The insurance company wouldn’t budge at all. William Zhang 相当负责任的，而且对客户有耐心，讲话和善，有疑惑的他会解释，免得我焦虑。关键很有能力，竟然让对方超保险额赔偿，要到很好赔偿。我开始找了个律师，比较消极，中间换成了William Zhang, 看来换对了。
William Chang接我的案子就说对方会赔到底，后来由vititoe律师亲自处理，经过三年和对方的较量，最终对方保险公司确实赔到底了。
