I used VitalSource all through my master’s program and had a great experience. It was super easy to get to my books online, and I loved being able to read and study on the go. After I graduated, I actually decided to work here because I really believe in what they’re doing. It’s a good company with people who genuinely care about making education more affordable and accessible for everyone.

Avoid these guys purchase a code for my daughter class. The code they sent says it was invalid. I used their live support and she told me my order number is invalid and she would not help me. I found their support number on the charge to my credit card called them and got the lady to refund me. This is the only reason it is a 2 vs a 1.

Horrible customer service. I had to jump through hoops to get my account deleted after being out of school for several years.

I bought a book from through my school via this company and for two weeks I have not had access to my books. I have 8 week terms and this is unnacceptable. They have been giving me the run around with different emails and different excuses of why I don't have access to my book. They finally " temporally gave me access to my book for 7 Days". 7 days on a book that i made my hard own money for. If you can give someone temporally access to a book for 7 days you can give me my full access to my book. This is not a good company a... read more
