they are the worst and constantly lie to you.
Avoid these guys purchase a code for my daughter class. The code they sent says it was invalid. I used their live support and she told me my order number is invalid and she would not help me. I found their support number on the charge to my credit card called them and got the lady to refund me. This is the only reason it is a 2 vs a 1.
Horrible customer service. I had to jump through hoops to get my account deleted after being out of school for several years.
I bought a book from through my school via this company and for two weeks I have not had access to my books. I have 8 week terms and this is unnacceptable. They have been giving me the run around with different emails and different excuses of why I don't have access to my book. They finally " temporally gave me access to my book for 7 Days". 7 days on a book that i made my hard own money for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We paid for 180 days of access to textbooks, and after 30 days my daughter couldn't access her books. We immediately reached out and were told it would be fixed. That was eight days ago, and it still hasn't been fixed. When we called today, we were told they were still working on it. I was on the phone with Alejandro for an hour, and he couldn't fix the problem, set up a new account to give my daughter immediate access, and couldn't get me a supervisor.
