I am extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism, misinformation, and lack of accountability at this establishment. The entire cancellation and refund process has been nothing short of a nightmare. I recently moved two hours away and contacted this business to cancel my membership. I was informed by a receptionist that I needed to come in person to complete the cancellation. They always make time for me to walk in when i have a migraine that will not release with my prescription.
Wonderful caring staff!! I'm handicapped & they were so helpful bringing my walker up the stairs, the Winter Park location is comfortable & relaxing.
Very disappointing experience at the Winter Park location. I went in pregnant and extremely dehydrated for IV hydration, but they were unable to get a vein and asked me to come back when a nurse was working. Because of how dehydrated I was, I ended up having to go to the ER that same night to receive IV fluids. I called to explain what happened and asked for a refund since I never received the service. I want to take the time and rave about how professional and knowledgeable both Jennifer and Michelle were at my visit! My experience was so relaxing and the ginger tumeric tea really helped me feel cozy & warm during my visit. Definitely will be coming back to see them both. Thanks Ladies!
