I read all of the incredible reviews and was really excited about coming in post illness to help feel better faster. Front desk girl kept telling me she was a nurse and had no idea what she was doing... went in the back discussed with another nurse, made a phone call, returned to the desk and asked me to show them proof of what I had signed up for. 🙄 when you feel crummy, this isn't what you want to deal with. i had to just turn around and walk out. Title: Late, rude, and hit me with surprise fees This place wasted my time and acted like it was no big deal. I had a 10:30 AM appointment and waited almost 30 minutes before they even acknowledged me—after watching them take someone ahead of my appointment. Then I’m told there’s an extra $25 “doctor fee” on top of the $130—not disclosed until I’d already been sitting there. No apology, no accountability, no respect. Just rude, dismissive behavior. I will not be back.
