They gave me the wrong iv, I requested for only electrolytes and was given b-vitamins as well. As a result of my request not being respected, I had to spend 2 days in the hospital. Then they ignored my emails, and refused to refund me or cancel my membership. I would not recommend it as they do not seem serious about health. The lobby is always full of strong perfume smells, they don't always answer the phone, and I have never gotten responses to emails or texts. Such a great experience everyone who works here is so sweet and helpful and this will definetely be my new go to place for any iv treatments!
