Jennifer and Kevin at Vitalounge are absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience feel smooth and professional. You can tell they’re both incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I never felt rushed, and their attention to detail really stood out. The space was clean, welcoming, and relaxing overall such a great vibe.

I read all of the incredible reviews and was really excited about coming in post illness to help feel better faster. Front desk girl kept telling me she was a nurse and had no idea what she was doing... went in the back discussed with another nurse, made a phone call, returned to the desk and asked me to show them proof of what I had signed up for. 🙄 when you feel crummy, this isn't what you want to deal with. i had to just turn around and walk out.
