I read all of the incredible reviews and was really excited about coming in post illness to help feel better faster. Front desk receptionist kept telling me she was a nurse and had no idea what she was doing. She couldnt fins my reservation (or something, not entirely sure). She then went to the back area, discussed something with another nurse, made a phone call, returned to the desk and asked me to show them proof of what I had signed up for. I had a really good experience at Vitalounge. I went in for an IV drip to help with stress and support lowering my blood pressure. The manager was very friendly and took the time to explain the different options, helping me choose the one that was right for me. Nurse Andrea was amazing! She had such a gentle touch when placing the IV and found the perfect spot in my arm. She checked on me throughout the whole treatment to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Great service great products
May 2026- They gave me the wrong iv, I requested for only electrolytes and was given b-vitamins as well. As a result of my request not being respected, I had to spend 2 days in the hospital. Then they ignored my emails, and refused to refund me or cancel my membership. I would not recommend it as they do not seem serious about health. The lobby is always full of strong perfume smells, they don't always answer the phone, and I have never gotten responses to emails or texts.
