I have struggled with lower back pain for a number of years and previously seen a number of different physios and chiropractors who have never really helped me manage the issue. Since working with Simon over the last 18mnths I have finally managed to stop the pain and been able to complete the sports and activities I want to. His knowledge but also guidance across not just the physio I receive but the gym work I do has been exceptional. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I started running for the first time and after a few weeks I sustained a sacroiliac injury. I was fortunate enough to find Vitalize physio therapy via an internet search. From the very first email exchange I was reassured that I would be looked after. I was very lucky to see Claire Ping an excellent caring professional physiotherapist.
