Got the flu vaccine through Vitality health. The nurse was efficient with giving the vaccines. However, I was disappointed with the hygiene level. The nurse did not sanitise her hands before giving me the vaccine and stuck the bandaid on her watch before sticking it onto my arm. I hope to see an improvement with their hygiene level in the future.
Unfortunately after 4 years (below review), the company still hasn’t changed. If you’re a healthcare professional- I would not work for this company. The most unprofessional, unsafe, and downright disrespectful ‘managers’. They will take 3-6 business days to return an email and they don’t even bother answering your calls. Please work for the Government or any other organization..
