Used to be great - but not maintained. Cryo broken - contrast continually out of commission - and last time I booked float tank it was very murky and there is no log of water testing or when they last changed out the water. Staff is still very positive - but the owners don’t appear to be maintaining the place - I have been a monthly member since opening and I’m seriously considering cancelling my membership. Very disappointed.
Vitality is amazing! Love the steam room, love the float, love it all! Nicole provided a great introduction to the space and great vibes, 10/10 would recommend!

Of all the similar bio-hacking places in St. Pete, Vitality really stands out to me as one of the best. Conveniently located right on 4th St., it’s been my go-to for a while. Amelia was really kind and helpful in showing me how to use different treatments like cryotherapy, the red light therapy bed and PEMF. All of these things significantly lower inflammation and leave me feeling more at ease in my body.
I came in as a walk in at this location and was warmly greeted by Amelia and Justin! I was given an in-depth tour of the facility. Amelia was very informative and knowledgeable about the services.
